Blissful Bayside Retreat

Enjoy a relaxing and fun filled stay at our newly renovated bayside home! With 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, outdoor patio and shower and a bonus upstairs loft, we can accommodate 8-10 guests. Modern amenities include brand new central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, Weber outdoor grill, and new beds and mattresses. With a beautiful bay view and short walk or bike ride to the beach, the location can’t be beat. House includes 4 beach badges for Ortley Beach and 4 beach chairs. Linens and towels included. Small dogs permitted as long as they are properly house trained.

We are a Saturday-Saturday weekly rental in the summer
All rules and policies are strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from properly and loss of security deposit/payment
Dogs are not to go upstairs or on any furniture. The house must be left with no evidence they were there

My dog, Harry and I had a great stay at your wonderful house. It was a great neighborhood to walk around and the playground across the street, with its tennis courts, basketball court and play area for the kids was very nice. To have real cable TV was great too! And a dinning room table to do puzzles on was icing on the cake! Thanks!

Check in is easy Alyssa always emails documents about 1 week prior to check in and before check-in more details. The kitchen is well stocked- more cooking sheets and larger mugs would be great to have. This area is great to stay in with children - across from park and tennis court and easy walk to beach!

Perfect stay!

We went for a quick stay during the week! My husband and I had plenty of space and the location was excellent! The house is exactly as advertised and could be great for families or groups of friends. Very close to the beach and the bay, lots of activities, the boardwalk, and places to eat. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Spot

House was clean, well stocked, and good location just far enough away from all of the summer craziness when trying to relax, but close enough to walk to or ride a bike to. Directly across the street is a nice park to get some great sunset pics and let the kids run around. Definitley recommend and would stay at again.

Truly blisful bayside

The property is a beautiful 3 bedroom. 2 bath with an open concept that is absolutely comfortable. Provide as much of the basic necessities as anyone could ask for including utensils. Cook Ware coffee Maker blenders appliances that you needed to do anything that you might want to do. It was a truly peaceful getaway. And absolutely my favorite rental

Great stay

The Blissful Bayside Retreat was a nice and comfortable house for my family of 8. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and steps away from the bay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Beds were very comfortable, cable tv and great shower. Alyssa responded very quickly to all of my questions. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Loved the house. Very clean and everything worked fine. We had a great Fathers Day weekend. Really enjoyed the sunset on the Bay - great view from the house and the patio outback was awesome to hang out on. Loved taking outdoor showers.

Wonderful Property for a family! Beautiful Sunsets from front yard!

We love staying in this home. So comfortable for a family, outside shower, 2 sitting areas with TV (loft has half a bath). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Streets are wide so bike riding is easy. Parking lot for beach is definitely a perk, and park across the street from house is too! You will LOVE it here! We will be returning next year again!

Seaside Retreat that is Perfect!

We love this seaside retreat across the street from the bay to see the sunset every night and a park for the little ones! Just a short walk to the beach with crossing guard (about 3 blocks) or you can drive and park in lot at Ortley Beach area. This gem is equipped with everything you need including beach chairs!. Inside is beautifully decorated and comfortable too! We enjoy the deck between house and garage - We will be back again next year! Thanks so much!

Perfect stay for our family

I have rented properties from several owners in the area and this one was the best for several reasons: the house is updated; the owner provided linens, towels, paper goods, some toiletries, beach items, badges and cleaning supplies; comfortable layout and room sizes; loft area for my teen and his friends; and the location was quiet and convenient. Boys walked to everything including Seaside boardwalk. Owner communication was effortless. Highly recommend this house and Alyssa, the owner.

Blissful Vacation

This was the perfect house for our vacation! Sometimes you find that the pictures make a home look much bigger than it is. However, I found that to be the opposite with this home - it was very spacious! All 3 bedrooms have a lot of space and the upstairs room is larger than appeared in the photos. The home was clean, updated, and well-equipped with amenities. It was nice to not have to worry about bringing towels, linens, and beach chairs! Although on the bay side, I found the location very convenient. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to the grocery store. Alyssa was a wonderful host! Incredible Beach Get-Away

This Blissful Bayside Retreat was by far one of the best vacation stays we've had. Not only being in the middle of a pandemic & unsure of what places were safe to stay in, the communication from Alyssa was incredible. The photos were updated of the home. Each bedroom was listed. The view of the bay directly across the street was wonderful to take up to. Washer, dryer, every pot and pan you could imagine; they had. From beach chairs to badges, anything you might have forgot, they had. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, bathrooms were sparkling. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, ended up being a relaxing enjoyable one each time. The ACME is right up the street, in addition to liquor store, ice cream parlor and bank! Such a convenient location. Lastly, this house was one of the very few, which was pet friendly. My dog loved being here. Central air, hardwood floors, outdoor shower, with the bay across the street. Oh AND, wonderful neighbors. Very friendly, warm people & safe neighborhood. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Alyssa and Chris.

Perfect in every way

I’ve been using VRBO and other online vacation rental agents for a dozen years. This is by far the most well-equipped and most comfortable home I’ve rented. We have barely needed a single thing that we didn’t find right here in the house. The furniture is clean and cosy, as are the beds, with plenty of extra blankets and linens available. In addition the host has been so very accommodating, answering questions within minutes and allowing us to extend our stay. I couldn’t have dreamed up a more perfect stay.

Perfect name for house

Blissful Bay Retreat and it definitely lived up to its name. Great location for sunset, tennis and park for kids. Mini golf, arcade and Kohrs ice cream all within walking distance. House had everything you needed and it was neat and clean.

Beautiful Property

I have been coming to Ortley for 35 years and my family for more. The hosts had a lovely place with good parking and storage for our bikes, SUP, and beach items. Right across from the park with swings and a tennis court. My children loved it. Walked to the boardwalk (about a mile and a half) easy walk. We will definitely consider this property again in the future.
