Our small family fell in love with Lake Martin and the people of Alabama. We're so excited to offer our home and show people the true meaning of "Lake Life"!
Why they chose this property
Our beautiful, cozy home is on the quieter side of the lake - it's still conveniently 5-10 minutes away from anything you want to do in Alex City; however, you can swim off the dock without worrying about boat traffic and safety, and you can enjoy quiet evenings on the back porch with little noise. It's an oasis!
What makes this property unique
This is an absolutely brand new home - it has every modern finish and convenience you could think of, from high ceilings to tons of natural light, double ovens, quartz countertops, Delta bathroom hardware, and brand new hospitality linens from Parachute.
