Welcome to Orchard Overlook, an amenity rich property nestled within 10 minutes of downtown bethel, less than 10 miles from Sunday River and walking distance of Sparrowhawk Orchard. Picture yourself greeted by the sunrise casting golden hues over multiple areas within the house.

Picture yourself greeted by the sunrise casting its golden hues over the majestic Mt. Abram, visible right from the comfort of the master bedroom and the upstairs loft.

At the completion of many recent upgrades our guests now have access to many amenities such as a tea / coffee bar on each level, skee ball, indoor basketball shooting game, pool table, darts, movie area and high-speed Starlink internet.

In addition, guests are invited to relax in the in- house sauna or covered hot tub nestled under twinkling string lights and savor meals al fresco at our outdoor dining area. Plus, soak up the sun while lounging poolside at the salt water pool. Your stay promises endless fun and cherished memories!

Orchard overlook has 4 Bedrooms, 3 full Baths, and a 1/2 Bath. For the 3 full baths, there is one on each of the 3 levels.

This house was fabulous. It is in a great location and the pool, hot tub and recreation room were top notch too. We had our family that consists of our four adult children their spouses and two young ones and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a beautiful week.
