private gated community, with access to nearby restaurants and grocery runs. Enjoy access to a great terrace with panoramic views of the volcanoes. This home contains four bedrooms with three bathrooms for the whole family to enjoy.

(Extreme noise or parties penalty fees are $250)


1. Please treat the house with respect, use each space for your own. Excessive clutter and noise can incur in additional charges.

2. Check out after 11:00am will incur in additional charges.

3. Please state about the number of guests you will bring. Undeclared guests will incur a fine of $25/night each.
If you need to adjust the number you've declared, you can change your reservation. Host will be requesting guests names as shown in ID’s for you to be able to enter the security gate at the entrance of Barrios Coloniales.

4. Be careful with the contents of the house, broken and damaged items , furniture , appliances, will incur in a $25 charge in addition to the replacement cost of what was damaged. Please report immediately !

5. Our home is designed to make your stay pleasant and enjoy your rest.

6. If you have children please take care that they do not carry out activities where they are exposed to avoid accidents. We are not responsible.

7. If your stay is long at the house and you need the help of a person to clean , for an additional charge of Q. 150 we can recommend someone to you if available, let us know in advance.

8. No parties/events are allowed

9. No smoking inside the house.
