Sweet, very comfortable and feels like home.

This property was very clean and very convenient to everything. The host was wonderful and this home made it so easy to feel comfortable. A very nice home. We would definitely recommend and will stay again.

We have family in Clarksville. It was nice to come home to a house with a the amenities instead of a hotel.

Great property

This property was perfect. We were able to book on very short notice for an unexpected family matter. The host was very accommodating and had amazing communication. When we come back to Clarksville we will look to book here again.

Derrick was very nice and mostly prompt when responding to any inquiries with the exception of keeping me updated on an issue with the lighting going out in one of the bathrooms. This left us with only one fully functional bathroom for the last 2 days of our trip. The master bathroom sink and bathtub were both very slow to drain and there was no plug for the bathtub in the hall bathroom so I bought one to be able to take a bath. The pillows are similar hospital issued pillows and very uncomfortable. The area rug in the livingroom was extremely dirty and I was able to shake out about a palm full of what seemed to be a mixture of dirt and carpet fresh. Which was necessary as I have a 1 yr old grandson that was playing on it. The shower curtain liners need to be washed or changed as they had mildew on the bottoms. Besides a few other minor things and only being refunded 75 for 2 days out of a 5 day stay for having to use just one bathroom with 4 women after spending almost 1,0000, this rental was "ok". I have stayed at a few in the area as we visit family often and have seen better and worse, but will not be staying again.

When the bathroom lighting issue was reported, we worked to coordinate maintenance as quickly as possible and the repair was completed the following morning. Another fully functioning bathroom remained available during that time, and we also provided a goodwill refund for the inconvenience. We also appreciate you bringing the drainage, bathtub stopper, pillows, area rug, and shower liner concerns to our attention. Those items have been addressed with our maintenance and cleaning team so we can continue improving the experience for future guests. We always aim to provide a comfortable, well-maintained home and responsive service, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.

A great house for a family vacation. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the army base to visit family. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Overall a good choice for a stay in clarksville.
