Guests have access to the entire home, minus a locked closet.

Other things to note
-Pets are allowed for $125 per stay. Please notify us upon booking if you are brigning a pet so we can properly clean the house.
-Dogs must be kept in kennels/crates when guests are not present.
-Please keep pets off all furniture to avoid additional cleaning fees.
-Please keep your dog leashed when not in fenced area of the yard.
-We are located in an area where wildlife may be present in the backyard or nearby wooded areas. Animals may include deer, racoons or coyotes. Guests assume responsibility for supervising their pets and children outdoors.
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book
-No parties allowed, Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors :)
