Nestled in Willsboro, this charming house offers 4 bedrooms with a great mix of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, two twin beds, a futon, and two queen beds. You can can enjoy the convenience of our lake access (which is almost directly across the street), high speed internet and a washing machine/ dryer during your stay.

Indian Bay Marina & Restaurant which a 2 minute walk has great food, a bar area and soft serve ice cream. Ausable Chasm is also a fun day trip!

Come and relax on beautiful Lake Champlain in this 4 bedroom home with 2 kayaks and a canoe provided for lake adventures!

Fall foliage/ leaf peeping at its finest! Ferry service, including car transportation, to Vermont is easy and inexpensive.

The property was lovely. The host extremely prompt with their responses, kind, and accommodating. The beds were very very comfortable. The lake access was a bit of let down. It was mostly rocks, zebra mussels, and we pulled out a few pieces of glass so not recommended for kids or swimming.
