With 3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms with showers, this property offers a cozy living room with an additional futon for extra guests. Convenience is achieved with a washer/dryer in the home as well as an entertaining kitchen, wine fridge and WIFI. A personal dock allows for boat access during the summer months. Enjoy the sun rise with a cup of coffee, on the expansive deck overlooking the lake or a quiet dinner by the stone fireplace in the evening. Minutes from golf courses, breweries and local attractions as well as close proximity to Plattsburgh International Airport, the Montreal border and Ferry to Vermont, make this a prime location for your next getaway.
