Make sure outside spigots are off! Storms come fast and quick, please close upstairs windows as I’ve had them bend and twist during storm. If you use broiler on stove house will fill with smoke

I’m a Registered nurse that had a dream of retiring facing the west for beautiful sunsets. I purchased this home 3 years before I retired and rented it out for 4 years until Covid. I enjoy gardening, cooking, music and entertaining my family, friends and grandchildren when they are here.
Why they chose this property
THE AMAZING SUNSETS! I love my neighbors, the quiet of the area, and sky against the water, with the water waves splashing up on the beach. Sometimes the waves seem like the ocean. Lets not forget Port Austin farm market, nature center, Oak Beach park playground all the happenings in Caseville and Pot Austin.
What makes this property unique
Large home, 2 separate family rooms upstairs and down. Long driveway for bike riding for kids basketball hoop, foosball game in garage. Large deck 2 sides of house. lose proximity to Nature center and Oak Beach. Wrap around deck with 2 eating areas.
