Welcome to Aggieland’s newest Peaceful Game Day Haven Retreat with a Game Room

Your Aggieland adventure begins at this 3-bedroom/2bath/ plus a bunkroom Haven. We are only 4.5 miles from, Kyle Field and about 2 miles from the airport. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 3 bunk beds, this quaint property offers a serene escape for guests. We have ample gravel parking for game day carpools or if pulling a trailer. Complete with AC, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer/Game Room and an outdoor patio with grill, fire pit, corn hole & horseshoes, this excellent retreat is perfect for unwinding after a long day at an Aggie Game or an exciting day on the town. Plenty of fresh country air for those small family gatherings or just hanging out and getting some R&R. Close to town and all its amenities, but yet rural enough to enjoy the peace & quiet and kickback and relax with everything that our house has to offer. Pet friendly up to 2 dogs with additional pet fee

Great home

This home has a great set up inside and out. It had everything we needed including seasonings inside (always a nice touch) and a fire pit out back. We loved our stay and will definitely come back for future visits.

Santa wonderland visit

Great house, clean rooms, plenty of space for the kids and adults. Wish we’d had more time to enjoy the outdoor areas, but it was the perfect place for us to spend time after visiting Santa’s wonderland and touring Texas A&M.

Our group of 6 adults (3 couples, all family) stayed here for our son's college graduation and we enjoyed our stay. The home is in a quiet area near the University and had all the comforts of home. We liked the location as it was very near to everything yet was away from the busiest roads and populated areas. Communication was very easy and prompt with Anne. We would be happy to stay here again.
