This is The Beach Club - Bristol 2005, a 4-bedroom gulf front luxury condo which is wheelchair accessible with an ADA compliant handicap primary ensuite plus a ramp that allows a wheelchair from the living room to the 50 foot balcony! Sleeps 8 in beds, plus a sofa sleeper. This "Rare-Find" is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, a narrow, one mile, strip of land offering a natural beach with wildlife, incredible views, and a destination away from city streets. You are encouraged to view the locator map. There are many rentals available, but this one is especially welcoming for those traveling with a loved one who is physically challenged and will appreciate the special handicap features.

HANDICAP FEATURES: Spacious primary bathroom, zero entry shower with a bench seat and grab bars, roll-under sinks, and a bidet toilet with grab bars, plus there is ramp which leads from, the living room to the balcony, the primary bed is intentionally a lower height to facilitate transferring from a wheelchair, and there is an electric recliner! The Beach Club resort is also handicap friendly as they provide access to the beach for wheelchairs via the boardwalk that is located between the Bristol and Avalon tower, which has a ramp and a mat that extends access all the way to the lounger area. Motorized wheelchairs are available through a rental business call "Beach N Buggy" located in Foley who will deliver and pick up!

This spacious floorplan offers a wall of "Blue Skies" in the living, dining, kitchen & bar areas, 2 primary ensuites both with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and another King ensuite and a twin ensuite both with views of the Mobile Bay, plus a bonus room with a sofa sleeper across from the foyer half bath. The stunning high-rise views, stylish coastal furnishings, brilliant quartz counters, an electric fireplace, all new appliances including an icemaker in the bar area & full-size washer and dryer, board games & children's toys will make this your favorite vacation home! The beds are made with white linen and sofa sleeper and bath linens are supplied. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & cookware. Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided. You will need to bring beach towels or use those from the club plus, bring disposable products, including extra garbage bags.

PLEASE READ CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES: Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills. You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used and size of the condo, but it covers your entire party for that day! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and a fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.
