This is a gorgeous contemporary 2 bed 2 bath condo centrally located. Close to grocery store and next to LA Live, Convention Center, Staples center. Property features a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, basketball court, gym, fire pit and more. Parking on site. Beautiful view of the downtown skyline from balcony! We welcome all types of guests. We have a total of 3 beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa for up to 5 people! No parties or loud noises, violaters will be evicted by 24 hour on site security
-Absolutely no parties allowed otherwise reservation will be cancelled without any refund + $500 fine. No smoking allowed. Smoking will incur a $1,000 fee.
-Late check in fees may apply past 10pm for staff assisted check ins, contact for details. Self check in is also possible with.
-All guests must specify the number of people staying in unit for reservation. Any excess people over the stated amount on reservation will be charged $100/person. There will be no charge as long as you state exact number of people at time of booking.
-Parking $30 per day per car. Parking is on site.
-IMPORTANT: Please specify your time of arrival. If an arrival time is given and there is no communication about being late there may be a waiting fee past 60 minutes. Thank you for respecting our staff's schedule. In some instances, we may be able to provide self check in.
-Please check your welcome email for meetup address information upon check in.
-We may be able to accept pets at an additional rate of $75/day + deposit.
-This unit is app. around 1100 sq ft.
