It has 4 stone tiled bathrooms, in addition to a den and a bonus room that can sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with top of the line major and counter top appliances, along with beautiful granite counter tops. It has all you need to cook up a special family meal. The house is fully furnished with all the comforts a large family home can offer......the living room has a nice comfy sectional and 2 large recliners, the cozy den has comfy sofas with a large 50" TV and a bar height table with chairs for added seating and card playing and the beds have quality mattresses for a good nights sleep. There is a nice courtyard with an outdoor dining table and there is a barbecue grill and additional sitting in the yard. Plenty of room to enjoy an outdoor grill with the family. There is also a ping pong table and other outdoor games. The house is located close to freeways and a 5 minutes drive to stores and restaurants on the Boulevard.
