Great place to stay when visiting MSU. It’s really close to everything and a very well equipped kitchen if you like to “dine in.” It’s also not too far from a nice park and hiking/running trails in town.
We had a delightful stay! Neil was professional and quick to assist with any questions. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Will definitely rebook next time!
House was as described and met our expectations. It was convenient, updated, and cozy. One thing to note is that the property appears to share space with tenants, either adjacent through the garage or in a basement unit below. At first this was a bit alarming, as we heard voices coming from inside the house and weren’t aware it was a shared arrangement.
Host very welcoming and available to answer all questions. The house is so cute and comfy. Two baths and a great bathtub. Kitchen area is very well done.
Really cute place! Decor was awesome! Easy to find and easy access to downtown and the university. My only complaint was one of the beds was as hard as a rock, but an easy fix.
Very comfortable beds and living room for lounging. Kitchen has drip and French press coffee makers, and plenty of everything to make meals. The large dining table and open plan setup made it really easy to spend time together as a family of 4 adults. Location is quiet, but still very close to downtown. Owner was super quickly available via text and flexible. Highly recommend!
Interior of property was nicely decorated and provided amenities we were looking for. Location was residential and safe. Something to be aware of if staying during the summer months, this home does not have air conditioning (the details do not say it has AC so we were aware before visiting). They do provide fans for bedrooms and living room. While we were there in first week of June the Nest thermostat got up to 76 by the evening, with outside temps at 65. We did not open windows because they do not have screens in them and did not want to let in bugs. Some locks on the bedroom windows did not latch due to age of windows. When we visited the lawn and weeds we’re not maintained, we notified management company and they said property owners like a native grass look so if spending time outdoors is important to you this may be something to take into consideration. The management company was very receptive to any concerns we had.
