The main level of this home includes eat in kitchen with dishwasher, open concept dining and living area with beautiful wood stove, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom and washer and dryer. Upstairs are 2 large bright bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and 2 twin beds and the second with a queen bed and futon. Also upstairs is the second full bath. This is an excellent home away from home and offers a beautiful wrap around porch, fire pit,
(1 person) kayak (1 person) youth kayak - max 130 pounds, and (2 person) canoe! Minutes from popular attractions like Cranmore and Attitash Mountain, the Conway Scenic Rail Road, Story Land and so much more!

Great Vacation Spot

The Randall property was a great spot for our family vacation. There was enough room for all 4 adults, 2 kids and our senior pup, Jake! The house was clean, which is always a plus! The kids loved being so close to the beach and jumping off docks! Courtney from Select Real Estate was super helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend this home!

Nice Cabin style

Our stay here was great. The house had a nice cabin style decor with a fireplace and wood throughout. It was cozy and warm. Plenty of rooms and beds to have the whole family with us.

Family get away

Lovely area close to the pond and close to going into North Conway. There seems to be lots of construction going on and would hear large trucks going by early morning and all day kicking up dirt from road and loud Jake brakes . Trucks were traveling too fast on road. We stayed on main road Eidelweise and would choose another area in future due to all the big truck traffic. We did see a bear roaming through a yard which was exciting. Saw a loon on the pond and heard it calling in the middle of the night. Pond is clean and overall a nice visit .

Great family vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit NH often, love Pea Porridge Pond and the White Mountain area. This was our 1st experience with Select Realty and would definitely recommend renting through them over VRBO/AirBNB. They were extremely helpful, friendly and less expensive. The outside of the property could use some attention and 1 of the queen beds was extremely hard; but otherwise, the layout and decor of the inside was perfect. Plenty of space for us to all gather at the table for meals and games; as well as in the living area watching the Olympics at night ;)

Last minute working vacation away from home

We wanted to get away with our two teenagers while we are still working from home and this house allowed pets so our dog was able to come. Wifi worked great. The outside is run down but we didn't care. The inside was cozy, a little dirty, had everything we needed, so no complaints for the price. No air conditioning so on hot days it got warm. Nights were cool and neighborhood was nice for walks.

Just ok

This place has much more potential. With some minor updates our stay would have been much more enjoyable. The living areas were pretty congested, my family of 4 didn’t really fit all that comfortable due to the amount of furniture crammed into the small living area. Recommend putting a smaller table and removing a couch. The place also needs a deep clean both inside and out. There was cobwebs and debris from the winter still everywhere outside. There was also cobwebs inside the inside of window frames and deep caked dust on some of the wall decor. Lastly the appliances need updating & are pretty bad. The fridge would not regulate temperature and the range on the oven did not sit flat. Seemed like it was a old ski lodge that hasn’t been kept up with. We had dreary rainy weather which isn’t anyone’s fault but the stay would have been more enjoyable had the place been a little more comfortable to stay inside in. Again, not horrible but lots of potential for improvements. Hope this is helpful for making some changes for future guests.

Great location, not a great cleaning crew

The cabin is a good cabin in a great location minutes from the kancamangus highway and North Conway. When we arrived, the showers were not clean and the dishes in the cabinet were caked with food, so we had to clean our first night there. We emailed management, but our emails were not return and would up calling when the water to the cabin was suddenly turned off. A heads up from management regarding utility work would have been nice. Management did refund the cleaning fee after we called. We still had a great week, just wish management had better communication and would have liked to see the cabin cleaner.

Great location

Loved this spot! Close to water and easy access to hiking trails. Perfect for our family of 5. Just be aware that the two person “canoe” is really just a blow up boat (very dirty so we didn’t use). Had a great time and would love to return sometime:)

Great Location, House Needs Work

The location of the house is amazing. We love Eidelweiss Village and come here every summer. Location to two beaches was ideal with for small children. With that being said, we knew there were no air conditioners in the house per the description. There was a heat wave during our visit (95+) and there were only 2 floor fans in the entire house, ceiling fans did nothing. The house was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Many of the screens had holes so we had many bugs in the house. We used tape to cover the sliding door screen. We brought our own sheets and towels per the directions however the pillows were disgusting. They had brown stains all over them and were very worn. When I called the office, I asked if the pillows were washed and I was told probably not and to go buy pillow covers and that we would be reimbursed (Courtney was not in and this was told to us by someone else). We ended up buying our own pillows. The house is covered in labels. To a point I understand wanting things in their place however EVERYTHING in this house is labeled, down to the artificial plants in the bathroom. Almost looked a bit obsessive and it became a running joke on finding new labels. The couch was peeling and every time we sat on it, you left with black couch pieces on you. The futon couch was not comfortable and has seen better days. The television was setup incorrect and never worked for us, luckily we had our own Firestick with us. Items in the cupboards had to be washed before use as many things were dirty. The size of the house was perfect for two families (4 adults and 4 kids). The grill was in great condition and very clean. We had a deer eating right next to the house when we got there which was awesome. Courtney from Select was very courteous and helpful.
