60 Lakeview Dr Lake Harmony! PA..The jets in the hot tub did not work, we didn’t have any forks, no dish towels, very Few bath towels. They did bring us the forks, dish towels and bath towels. They could not fix the jets in the hot tub. It wasn’t clear about using the beach at the lake, we ended up having to pay a fee to sit on the beach at the lake. There was very little water pressure in the shower. If more than one person was taking a shower at the same time, the water would just cut off. Not a great stay!

Great location with so much to do and absolutely beautiful home. Responsive host and great amenities. The only thing I will say is the pictures are somewhat deceiving as the hot tub did not have the view as shown and it is not entirely waterfront yet across the street with some obstruction. But the rooms were beautiful, house well maintained, great area and relaxing time!

The house was exactly as pictured, spacious, well equipped, and beautifully maintained. We had such an amazing time at this rental! The host was incredible, answered questions promptly before our arrival to make sure we were prepared with everything we needed, and was able to accommodate a last-minute late check-out request, which we TREMENDOUSLY appreciated! EVERYONE had great things to say about the place. This was the perfect getaway, great hosts, a beautiful home, and wonderful memories all around. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The location is quite good, and the house has some definite advantages for a large group. Having five bathrooms was very helpful, and the basement game room was one of the best features of the property, especially for a group with kids. There was also adequate parking for multiple cars, which made things convenient. The hosts were very responsive whenever we contacted them.However, there were several significant negatives. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The floors did not appear to have been cleaned properly—within just a few hours of being inside the house, everyone’s feet were noticeably dirty.The kitchen is extremely bare-bones for a house intended to accommodate a large group. There were very few utensils, cookware, and other basic kitchen items, which made preparing meals more difficult than expected.Another major issue was the very low water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms. It was so low that people could barely take a proper shower. The bathrooms were also missing basic amenities we would normally expect at a rental in this price range, including soap, shampoo, and bathroom rugs/mats.The furniture is average and does not give the house a particularly premium feel. Privacy is also limited because the neighboring houses are extremely close together. Sound carries very easily—you can practically hear normal conversations from the neighboring properties. Beautiful, modern property with lots of space and ideal for multi-family or big groups. Lake access for fishing and activities is right across the street, ample parking and easy in and out - this is not a gated community (which we considered a pro!). Walkable to restaurants. Property owners/manager were very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Maybe it was just me but I couldn't figure out the layout of the bedrooms from the listing so just sharing incase anyone else has the same challenge and would prefer to know ahead of time. We stayed at this property for Presidents' Day weekend. Our reviews of the property are mixed. The good: It was a nice, large house with 8 bedrooms; very spacious and plenty of room and beds for our group of 20. Well-equipped kitchen. The game room in the basement was fun; there's a pool table, foosball table, and table tennis, among other things. Lots of TVs, and the deck large with a pretty view of the lake. The not-so-good: The house is advertised as having several firepits. None of those fire pits (2 gas and 1 in ground) were available for our use, despite my checking before I booked the property that they would be available. The in-ground firepit was covered in ice and snow, and even when we tried shoveling it out, the pit was filled with iced-over trash. So it was not useable. And the 2 propane fire pits on the deck did not stay on. The mechanism that turns the firepit on worked, but it would not stay pressed in so the second pressure was removed, it would pop out and the fire would stop. The host sent out a couple of new propane tanks but not someone to fix the pits. This was our biggest issue.Otherwise, the house could use some maintenance. The kitchen faucet is loose; cabinet/drawer knobs all over the house are loose; in upstairs bathroom the sliding glass shower door is not properly on its track; a broken deck chair was left on the deck; the steps leading to the front door were not cleared so were covered in ice and snow when we arrived.
