Had a great girls weekend here! Owner was very helpful with a few things we needed and our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable despite needing to leave a day early for a snow storm. Would definitely book with this property owner again if we are going to the Pocono area in the future.

Justin, Thank you for your review. I am not sure what is meant by the comment regarding rules. We provide detailed checkin information for the benefit of guests that includes information such as house code, wifi, directions to the house, directions to local grocery stores, directions for how to operate the hot tub and swim spa, how to operate AC, etc. The only rules I would say we have are to be respectful to our property and amenities, and to dispose of trash to the wood bear box in front of the house. As for the comment on blankets, we do supply blankets on every bed. If guests want additional blankets, we can always provide more upon request.

Absolutely a beautiful home!

Even though we had rain, the games and pool table kept everyone entertained. This house was great for a group of guys looking to relax and enjoy w weekend together! Great location close to the golf course, casino and paintball. I highly recommend this house and the property owners were responsive and provided great information!

Weekend games and fun

Some friends and I who hadn't seen each other in years met up at this house and it was perfect for our needs, lots of common space and games to keep us entertained. The swim spa, games rooms, and large yard were really great. I would stay there again!

We were here for family/friends 18th birthday celebration. The home is lovely and we had plenty of room for all ages to enjoy their stay. Games/swimming/outdoor play was super. Incredible experience in a incredible house

My kids couldn't wait to give everybody who walked in the door a tour of the house. It was so full of surprises and amenities and was perfect for my trip. The owner responded immediately to any issues and the stay was relaxing.

Husbands E-30th Birthday Celebration at Homestead

This home was absolutely beautiful. It had so much to do that we didn’t even need to leave the property for an excursion. We had my husbands E-30th (that’s his car) birthday with friends and family and it was perfect! We plan to stay again when the slopes open for the winter! Relaxing Easter Weekend

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house is well maintained, had everything we needed and the check in details provided was very helpful. The kids enjoyed the campfire, the game room and the swim spa, keeping them off their electronics for the most part :). The house sits on a big property so if you’re looking for quiet and privacy, this is a good property for you. The location is convenient, easy access to the highway and local grocery store and about 20 mins drive to the Pocono outlet. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

This property is amazing, plenty of room to stay with a spa pool, hot tub, fire pit, and amazing view. It was very clean and comfortable. I made several meals w the kitchen items provided as well as grilled. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Barry and his son were extremely accommodating and responsive, they made me feel 100% comfortable with the trip leading up to it. We even had a traveling hibachi come and we had a sunset dinner on the driveway!

Weekend get away with 16 family members

This house was a great time for 8 adults and 8 kids ages 4-9! So many games to keep the kids busy and the swim spa was a real treat. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit, walking around the property, and playing soccer, tag, and basketball. We were lucky to have pretty warm weather for February so we spent a lot of time outside, but I imagine it would also be awesome in the snow with good sledding. Thanks Barry and Skylar! Ps 6 of the adults went to Da’s Pub right down the road while the grandparents stayed at the house with the kids. Great experience there too with super nice wait staff!!

A Perfect Getaway

My friends and I booked this property for quick getaway. We loved this house because of the endless activities our group could do. We had a wonderful time grilling and eating on the deck and catching up on what’s been going on in each other’s lives. After dinner, we’d hang out around the fire pit or the hot tub. This house was amazing for the people in our group who love the outdoors! The property is perfectly situated with the most beautiful view of the forest. The hosts provided so many lawn games, from corn hole to a giant connect 4. We had so much fun at this property and would love to visit again!

wow!!

This property is one of a kind and we had a truly amazing stay with my group. The yard you see in the photos is actually larger than the photos show and it seemed as if there were endless yard and other activities to keep us occupied. We enjoyed playing soccer and basketball, and some of us even hit off the baseball tee. A couple of people also brought their own ATV's and there was so much space to roam around. Inside the pool table/bar room was a great place to hang out. At night we sat by the fire pit and played music. This house and property is perfect for larger groups that want to hang together, and also at times if some want their own space. It was a blast! Barry and Skylar were also very responsive to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this house to everyone

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house for 2 days getaway, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charm and elegance of the property.The house itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and exuded a warm and inviting ambiance. Every room was thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the standout features of the house was the stunning backyard. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a joy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the entertainment system offered a wide selection of movies and shows for cozy evenings in. Amazing place

I have rented with Barry and Skylar in the past, and they have always been such amazing hosts. This trip might have been my favorite as this property was incredible. The pictures do not do it justice with the view of the field and trees at the back of the property. It was really beautiful. We spent most of our time outside playing yard games and relaxing on the deck, gazebo and by the firepit at night. We got much use out of the hot tub as well, and got very competitive playing tetherball, soccer and basketball. This is a property that I absolutely recommend, and I will certainly be returning.

My wife and I are very hands on and we have a part time person that helps to take care of our houses. You will be extremely happy if you rent this spectacular property.
