There’s no way to possibly give this stay zero stars and I’m not usually the kind of person to complain or speak negatively about businesses. Don’t do business with this location. Dawn literally took my money with no issues but didn’t send me a pin via text. I had driven to Cape May from Massachusetts just to be stranded with no cottage. There is no one to tend to phone calls or texts after 5 pm. My partner and I were forced to seek another place to stay at the last minute. I called Dawn the next morning to explain the situation and requesting a refund. She told me and blamed me that I was the one at fault not to call her for the pin when there was no issue sending me automated texts the entire time. She changed the subject by telling me that she did in fact sent me a pin via text which was a flat out lie. The same morning she promised to call me back. I went through my entire day not receiving a call from Dawn. The next day, I had to call Vrbo to get my money back. Please do not stay at this location. There are other places with better options.
