This was the perfect location and perfect size for two adults. Easy check-in, and easy access throughout our stay. It had all the amenities we needed. Quaint Victorian. Free curbside parking.
We had a great time staying here. It was clean and comfortable, and the owners are very easy to communicate with and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet (off season). We could walk to everything we needed. Highly recommend.
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo area of the house we stayed in was small but had everything we needed and provided space for everyone to have their own little area. The kitchen is a bit outdated so you won’t be making any gourmet meals but it was perfect for simple meals. The location was a dream! It was 1 block from the beach and super close to everything! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and the Washington street mall. My daughter loved the outdoor shower and hanging out in the porches. So sad our vacation had to end! Would absolutely stay here again!
The house is in a great location. The apt had everything we needed. Was disappointed that a sewer line problem produced feces along the sidewalk that we were left to smell and navigate throughout our stay. Not sure why it couldn't have been hosed off.
Check in was very easy. Communication was good. We didn’t use the kitchen, the refrigerator had something under the glass shelves and the freezer was showing wear and tear as well as the stove. There were items left in the dryer. The bathroom was clean. The living space and the bedrooms were surface clean so if you don’t mind dusty ceiling fans, curtains with dust and cobwebs, lights with dust, dust and spider webs on the rafters and a peeling ceiling then you’ll be ok.
We arrived at this home to find easy push button access, and we didn't have much of a problem with the on street parking. Guests were myself, my daughter and my dog. The back yard had a nice grassy area for him. The home is a quirky old Victorian, and as my daughter and I are used to living in old houses, we found the jigs, jogs, and steps very charming. The pictures and decorating was cozy, with several antiques and old picture frames. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean, except no extra trash bags. The recycling instructions and instructions for the TV were very clear. The apartment was relatively soundproofed, we could hear footsteps occasionally, but no conversation or TVs, which we appreciated, as I was afraid that my dog would bark, but it was quiet, despite having people in the entire house. We appreciate that linens and towels were provided, as many landlords don't provide them any more. The air conditioners and TV worked fine. One of my favorite places was the back porch, totally enclosed, so that my dog could be out there with us, and I could leave the door open at night with the screen hooked, and it was lovely with the ceiling fan on and the air conditioning off. The neighborhood is very pleasant for walks, beach chairs and floats are available, which was nice. Just three suggestions: A table lamp in the living room, so we didn't have to use the overhead light all the time. A thicker curtain in the back bathroom, and repair the outlet under the air conditioner
We enjoyed our stay! The location was ideal because it was close to everything on a quiet street. The property like many in the area are very old. The owners are new and seem very motivated to upgrade to ensure a positive family vacation.
Wonderful winter weekend. Cape May without a focus on the beach is a beautiful historical town where you can walk and see the pretty architecture. This property is located perfectly for walking to the historical center, and the ocean. The house and the apartments are filled with Victorian charm, I don't think there is another place in America that feels like this. The apartments are very clean. They have all the necessities and a little bit more. The bed were comfortable and good for resting. The owners are very responsive, and ready to help to solve any issues you have. It was very nice to work with them. One of our best trips on VRBO. I recommend this property to those who want not only to have a vacation, but to have one with atmosphere.
The location was convenient and the accommodations were very comfortable.

Great location-run down rooms
Charming place, small but great location. Locks Broken, heaters barely working, cracking paint everywhere Including All off the windows which is likely lead paint. I mean the price was right so I guess I can’t complain too hard. Prompt communication from mgmt team though.
