The location off the west Frisco exit on I-70 avoids the congestion of the busy Frisco/Breckenridge/Highway 9 exit.
This condo is cozy and tastefully decorated, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 4 adults comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, very large closet with plenty of hooks and shelves, and a private full bath. Sliding glass doors take you out to the deck with adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The deck has views of Mount Royal. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet.
The main living area has leather furniture, HD Smart TV, Sony sound bar, high speed wifi (300/10 mbps) and gas fireplace. Listen to music from your smart phone or Pandora using the Sony sound bar. The couch is a pull-out with a comfortable mattress. The dining room furniture was handcrafted by a local woodworker using pine beetle-kill logs.
The entry way has a bench, hooks and shelving for easy storage of gear. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. There is a coffee grinder, cuisinart coffee maker and espresso machine for coffee lovers. A washer and dryer in the unit (detergent provided) adds to your convenience.
The radiant floor heat and gas fireplace will keep you warm on cold winter nights.
The Lodge at Riverbend is on a private road, within easy walking distance to trails and downtown Frisco. There is a reserved covered parking spot as well as a locked storage area for your skis or bikes. There is an additional reserved parking spot outside.
The unit is one flight up and there is an elevator for easy transport of gear. This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, HOA rules state no pets!
New commercial grade hot tub opened December 2021. The building only has 17 units, most part-time, so you will likely have the hot tub to yourselves. There is a yoga mat, exercise ball & foam roller in the unit.
A pathway behind the building leads to Ten Mile Creek where you can sit on a bench and watch the creek go by. The Rec Path is a block away for easy access to hiking and biking. Just minutes away is the transportation center where a free shuttle will take you to Breckenridge (8 miles), Keystone (13 miles) or A Basin (17 miles). Very easy access to I-70. Whole Foods and Safeway in Frisco are only 5 minutes away.
