This spacious condo has 1147 sq ft of indoor living space and has sleeping accommodations for up to 6 including a king master bedroom and two Queen sofa sleepers. This condo also has a huge outdoor expansive lanai with beautiful views of the gulf and the marina and several seating groups for many to enjoy this relaxing and special location. Guests can enjoy amenities like a newly remodeled lobby, common space and outdoor hangout area. There is also a large heated pool, community grill, lounge chairs and picnic benches. The condo has AC, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, beach towels and beach chairs for all to enjoy during your stay.

There will be an additional application fee through Tenant Evaluation that you have to pay directly, therefore is not included in your quote.

My extended family and I have been enjoying our condos in Naples for over 15 years. We own 3 units on the top floor of Vanderbilt Towers 1. This could be a perfect place for a multi family/friend vacation for you all to have your separate places but still enjoy quality time together.

We chose this area of North Naples to own due to its proximity and ease to get to the beach and all the great restaurants and shopping near by. A bonus the weather is perfect all year round!
