Hello! We are Jay and Lesley Sullivan, and we are excited to share our Port Charlotte home with you. First of all, we are confident that you will find everything necessary in our home to have a comfortable, relaxing break. Our goal is to make you feel right at home. We hope that we have succeeded.
We bought this house last year in preparation for our retirement in the not-too-distant future. Jay retired from the Army and works in IT as a civilian and Lesley is a High School English teacher. We have two children, Mary who is in college and Jack who is a Junior in High School. As we get closer to being empty nesters and prepare to leave New England we wanted to share our beautiful home with you.

Why they chose this property
We selected this neighborhood after spending time with Jay’s mum and dad who have a place just a few blocks away. While we were here visiting we fell in love with the area and in particular with the quiet neighborhood, the delightful weather, and the outdoor lifestyle.
We love this location because it is close to lots of restaurants, shopping and the beaches, but is tucked away allowing for a peaceful escape. We truly hope you enjoy our home and leave feeling rested and recharged.
