Beat the summer heat here! While the house has Central A/C with multiple sector controls, it is also naturally cool, because of shading from surrounding pine trees. It also has a beautiful stone-cold tiled kitchen.
Like a home in the country, but conveniently located in the village. All rooms are spacious—living room, dining room, kitchen, and the 4 BRs. Mama Kin has a state-of-the-art Central A/C with multiple sectors. It has Wifi, cable, large, front porch, huge back porch, big backyard. The kitchen has granite counter tops & and a 4-seat island. Then there's that stone-cold flooring. Mama Kin has so much to offer guests! With over 3500 sq ft, it is large enough for a family getaway. With the masterful design it is romantic enough for a couple's getaway.
Richfield Springs is perfectly located halfway between Cooperstown & Utica. Enjoy baseball & more baseball in charming Cooperstown. While in the other direction, Utica is one of the most diverse US cities. Not your same old, Upstate NY city, It's also on Zagats' Best Small City List for restaurants. A foodie's paradise! Plus it "sports" professional soccer & hockey teams.
