The studio’s welcoming interior offers a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Tucked away in the historic Feniks building, it provides a unique blend of Old Town character with modern simplicity. Whether you’re here for a spontaneous city break or a longer adventure, the Smaragd Studio offers an ideal base with unbeatable access and a relaxed, intimate vibe.
The Feniks tenement house, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. The building has 2 elevators, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Market Square. Within a 5-10 minute walk there are many tram and bus stops. The main train station is a 15 minute walk away. The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is only allowed with a permit. We have one paid parking space at our guests' disposal, reservation is required.

- We kindly ask all guests to confirm their arrival time with the reception.
- The reception is located on the 3rd floor and is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00. You can store your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out
- The location of the building in the heart of the city has its price - you cannot expect perfect silence here.
- Organizing any parties (especially stag/hen parties) in the apartment or in the building is strictly prohibited, smoking and keeping animals is strictly prohibited.
- Breakfast is available as a voucher to be used in a nearby cafe for PLN 60.

What makes this property unique

The studio has a 160 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV and a folding table top and 2 chairs. In the bathroom with a shower, our guests will also find a hair dryer, and in the kitchenette there are pots, tableware, cutlery, a kettle. The windows overlook the inner courtyard of the tenement house - the apartment does not have a view of the Market Square! . Guests also have a washing machine at their disposal, as well as an iron with an ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar and salt. We provide high-quality bed linen and towels.
