With breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and lush tropical landscaping, Sunflower Villa is the perfect destination for fun and relaxation on our beautiful island. Offering complete privacy for up to eight people, this immaculately maintained hillside retreat on St. Croix’ fabulous North Shore has sweeping views of St. Thomas, Buck Island, Salt River Bay and Christiansted Harbor.

Sunflower’s main level includes a large living area complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the fantastic views, or relax watching the large flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray player. Adjacent to the living area is a large master bedroom with a king bed and spacious bathroom. A second main level bedroom has a queen bed and lovely en suite bath.


Completing the main level is a covered belvedere with seating for four. It is a great place for watching beautiful sunrises with your morning coffee, or joining friends for afternoon cocktails.

Sunflower’s lower level offers another bedroom with twin beds that can be converted to a king and an en suite bath with outdoor shower. If you need room for more, there is a fourth bedroom with queen bed that also has its own kitchen. All bedrooms have curtains and blinds.

For a vacation you will never forget, come to Sunflower Villa. Whether a private getaway for two or a trip with the entire family, you will experience all the Caribbean has to offer.

Sunflower includes a gorgeously landscaped pool area, and is just a short drive to the world renowned Cane Bay Beach and the Wall Dive, as well as the Salt River Marina.

Cane Bay restaurants and beaches are a short drive away. The historic town of Christiansted is about 20 minutes east and offers shopping and dining as well.

The property manager Jill was fantastic! She guided us to the house from the airport, gave us a personal tour, and checked on us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was ok. The house was very clean, well maintained, and equipped. The beds were comfortable and views outstanding. We will look to book Sunflower on our next trip to the US Virgin Islands.

Another great visit to Sunflower

Just departed from our second stay. Everything was great, including new updates since our 2022 visit. From the secluded but convenient location to the poolside cabana, Sunflower feels like a private resort. Local art and some of the best views of the north shore! Jill is great to work with and keeps everything in top condition.

Beautiful spacious home in excellent condition with gorgeous view, nice pool. The only drawback is the rather lengthy winding drive to get anywhere. We had a wonderful time nonetheless. Property managers were very accommodating and friendly.

Heavenly Views

Our month long stay in Feb 2025 was a well needed respite. The views are captivating. The location of the house is private yet meticulously landscaped. The suites are spacious and there is plenty of room for a group to spread out. The winter months are beautiful and sunny but the pool isn’t warm at this time, which was disappointing. I still plan to return to Sunflower next year!!

Perfect Spot

The Concordia area is a great area, in my opinion, as it is close to everything we like to do while in STX. This was our first time at the Sunflower house and the house is stunning, clean, spacious, and is much easier to access than some other places we have stayed in the past. On top of that, there are picturesque views from every single room in the house. We had a wonderful time here and will absolutely rent again if/when we travel down with a larger party.

Lovely Sunflower!

Our family of 5 (grown children ages 18,20,22), had an amazing time at Sunflower. This was our third family trip to St. Croix. This home was very comfortable for our family. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Property view was lovely and pool was incredibly private. Hope to stay at Sunflower in the future.

Exceeded expectations!

We took our family to St. Croix for a Christmas getaway. The house is terrific. Very private location and the layout affords privacy for couples or, in our case, for our family including our four adult children. The views are amazing, the kitchen is well equipped and stocked with spices and other items you can use. The pool area is beautiful and private and Jill, the property manager, was warm, friendly, and helpful. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation home in St. Croix and we hope to be able to stay here again some day.

St Croix Family Vacation

The property was beautiful, and exactly what we needed. Most importantly, it was very clean and all the appliances and generator worked ! The studio has a refrigerator which we used for overflow items. Jill was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to my questions. She was flexible about meeting us when Centerline car rental than expected.

Stunning Retreat!

We went to Sunflower with 6 adults and stayed for a week. Jill was awesome and gave lots of info. Met her at Sam's and followed her to the house. The house was more than we expected. Lots of room and fantastic views. All the bedrooms had a view of the ocean. The pool area with cabana was fantastic and used it daily.The house was well stocked.We've stayed in many VRBO's and this was the best! We all would definitely stay there again.Thanks Jill!

amazing from the moment you walk in the door

We had the most amazing time, from the moment you walk in the door and see that view you will feel the stress start to melt away. We had a group of friends that were looking to relax and just unwind and we could not have picked a better place. Great for a group of adults or families with older children because it is all spaced out with lots of privacy for each room to enjoy. While we were here we got to enjoy several of the local happenings like the Mardi Croix and Jump up. No one is in and hurry and we werent either and we have made memories of a lifetime here! We will be back!!!!

Fantastic Hillside Oasis

The property is set with gorgeous panoramic views! The layout was especially condusive to our group of three close adult couples: Each bedroom was isolated from the others to afford a little privacy when needed, but all in close proximity for great communal time. The open living room and kitchen is fabulous for having out, cooking, meals, etc. A major bonud was finding that the outdoor cuoula covered area was much bigger than the pictures looked - it easily fit six for dinner or hanging out and was soectacular (and a similar space downstairs, without furniture was a great imprompty yoga or reading space!). We love to cook and the kitchen was indeed well equiped and (unlike some rentals) has a good supply of spices and basic essentials. The only three ussues to be aware of are that the pool area is a big removed and doesn't get wifi/cell service (but the cabana area is a great feature to not have to be in the sun!), the roads leading in are steep and windy, and importantly the bedroom doors do not have any shadea/blinds/drapes so be sure to bring a sleep mask if sunlight wakes you earlier than you wound prefer. All in all we highly recommend this quiet heautigul spot.

Ernesto did not spoil the fun!

My husband and I, along with our adult children, spent a wonderful week at Sunflower, even with Tropical Storm Ernesto visiting mid-week. Most of the island lost power, including us beginning late Tuesday night until Friday night (I think, I was on vacation mode and can't exactly remember, lol) but Jill was wonderful in helping ensure the generator was working. It stopped abruptly Wednesday morning but Jill got a repairman out right away to repair a belt and then she had additional fuel delivered Friday afternoon even after she personally checked on it and was aware we had a little less than 1/2 tank. Jill was exceptional and made sure we had everything we needed - it was much appreciated. The house, inside and out, is beautiful, well-stocked and very clean. We loved the location along the North Shore, on a dead end street and on the hillside - far enough away from others yet close enough to reach the beaches and towns when we ventured out. I would absolutely stay here again! Definitely 5 Stars!

Lovely Property, Great Experience

Just returned from more than two weeks at Sunflower (our fourth time on the island). The views are stunning, so much so many days we were content to just stay home and enjoy the house. The pool with cabana and professional landscaping make it feel like a mini-resort. The home is well maintained. It was easy (by USVI standards) to get to with all the roads being paved and/or concrete and it felt very secure as well as private. The layout is good for people who want space from their companions as well with separate "pods" for the community spaces and bedroom suites. Jill was great with communication and easy to work with. Highly recommend it!

Simply Paradise!

Our stay at Sunflower Villa was even more amazing than we expected. The 2 level property has a main level with 2 large bedrooms each with full bath that are separate from the main kitchen living room area. This allows wonderful privacy options. There is a washer/dryer on each level which is very convenient. The views are amazing and the property is very private. Jill the property manager was a pleasure to work with and she gave us very good advise regarding shopping and locations/activities of interest. We will rent this home again!

We had a wonderful week with our teen son and my parents. Villa Sunflower was the perfect retreat! Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool area with cabana and just the right location on island for what we wanted to do. Awesome views and gorgeous sunrises woke us each morning. We visited The Sunflower Villa in July 2015. "Momma's Boys" vacation. My best friend, her two boys ages 13 and 17, myself and my two boys ages 12, and 16. Initially the boys were a little bummed because they thought that we were going to be right on the beach ... However , it didn't take long for them to fall in love with the property. The swimming pool, and they got a kick out of the outdoor shower. Stellar view of the ocean, and peaceful ambiance. We would watch the sunrise in the morning while drinking our coffee ( or mimosas ) and we enjoyed the breeze coming off of the ocean in the evening . Loved the privacy, as well as the amenities, had everything we needed. Remote location away from everything, so you will need to rent a car to go into Christiansted. We truly fell in love with the Island, and the "Locals" would definitely like to visit again!
