We rented this home on July 8-13, 2026. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.-stains on family room couch-ant traps on kitchen counter-bedding had stains-oven in kitchen and barbecue grill were filthy-fire hazard-personal items were left in bedrooms and closets-food and garbage under furniture-outdoor picnic table and benches-paint was peeling and chipped-clothing dryer does not work efficiently-linens were worn and frayed-kitchen runner was a tripping hazardThis was a long-awaited and costly family vacation. We were extremely disappointed with the accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay at Scott’s house! The house was beautiful and very spacious, easily accommodating our large group with comfort. The highlight was the amazing pool, which added so much fun to our trip. The location was perfect—super convenient, just a short drive to both the town and the horse track. Great weekend get away

Had a trip with a bunch of buddies for a long weekend. Perfect backyard to hang and BBQ and close enough to the track for a quick ride over. Great place to stay!

Place is laid out well where you can be in kitchen but still hanging in the living room. Pool is amazing and it’s much closer to SPAC than it may appear. Owners are very responsive and were quick to answer any of our questions. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Very kind and accommodating.They let us check in early if we needed to, ran into traffic so we were not able to. Offered to let us check out late too. Very chill and accommodating! Left us bath and pool towels. Easy check in and out! Close to spac and race track.

Nice house & pool

We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire.

Misleading listing

The house was clean, and well taken care of, and the host was very friendly and helpful. However, the listing says there are five bedrooms. There are not five bedrooms, there are four bedrooms and sleeping space for just five people. We had six people and I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch for the whole weekend. It really ruined the trip.

Exactly what we were looking for

We had a large groups of guys, and this house was perfect. From the gorgeous pool and back patio, to the numerous sleeping locations, the house fit our needs perfectly. Our host was great, he provided towels for the pool and showers and gave us some great suggestions of a few places to eat with beautiful lake views. The location was perfect, we spent a morning on the lake renting a boat (15min Uber ride to marina), and an afternoon at the racetrack (again about a 15min Uber). Both nights we went downtown to the local bars and restaurants, and easily got a short Uber ride by home. If you are planning on visiting Saratoga this house is ideal, friendly and helpful hosts, perfect location to get to everything, and even a beautiful pool to relax in. Highly recommend to everyone. Our next trip to Saratoga we will definitely book this house again.

Scott was very welcoming, precise & timely with information about check in, check out, and basic directions about the pool & house features. He also gave us a recommendation for breakfast at Sweet Mimi’s in Saratoga Springs. The house was very comfortable, clean & the pool & beach towels provided enhanced our stay. Our jobs allow us to open our home to you so that you can experience all that the area can provide, too. We ask that you treat our home just as you would yours and enjoy your time spent here...Relax, laugh and make memories!

Why they chose this property

This home was ours from the moment we laid eyes on it...we wrote our purchase offer on the hood of the car in the driveway! We wanted a place in which our family and friends could grow and gather, with a yard and pool for barbecues, open concept layout for holiday gatherings, and plenty of bedrooms for all to sleep comfortably. This is our forever home, and we take pride in it.

What makes this property unique

We have a large driveway in which to park your cars, and from our front doors to the Saratoga action is an easy 4 miles (one road the whole way!). We are located 30 minutes from Sacandaga Lake and Lake George and only 10 minutes from Saratoga Lake...but we suggest you stick close and check out our downtown. Broadway in Saratoga that has amazing night life with live bands, many bars and unique places to eat.
