We are two ordinary people that had a dream of owning a home near the beach. We currently have a small property management company in Georgia. We have 6 children, 7 grandchildren, 2 dogs (one is a crazy Frenchie, one a lovable rescue) and are blessed beyond measure.
Why they chose this property
We have been looking for an affordable yet safe option to own a piece of paradise that would allow us to vacation worry free and to eventually use as our part time retirement residence. We intend to split our time evenly between this fantastic tropical island and our home in the mountains of Northeast Georgia. We have considered other islands but landed on the Republica Dominicana as the best place for us. With it's genuine culture, it's differing terrains such as mountains, farmlands and coastlines, and offering an easy lifestyle it just solidified our decision that we could invest and spend quality time here. We love the opportunity to interact with the local community and have always felt safe and secure.
What makes this property unique
This property affords us a relaxing lifestyle while still being in a home where we can comfortably live on a daily basis. The location delivers some of the best beaches in the DR, with the added benefit of being within a reasonable walking distance only a few minutes easy stroll to several beaches. The local community affords plenty of dining and shopping opportunities surrounding us also within an easy walking distance. There are several golf courses within a short drive and numerous excursion options for a fun filled day. Additionally, it's proximity to the Punta Cana International Airport allows for convenient air travel in and out of the country.
