Dishes: Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher. Do NOT run the dishwasher — the cleaning crew will handle it.
Laundry: Place all dirty towels, bedding, and linens into the bathtub for the cleaning crew. Lock up: Double-check that all doors and windows are locked before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors or on the porch. You may smoke on front of the garage( please dispose of cigarette responsibly )
No more than 4 guests, any additional guest per night will be a $ 70.00 Fee

The host was amazing… any questions she waz quick to respond!! The home did have a nice home rustic charm… the tenants were so nice that lives upstairs and the neighbors are very nice also!!! Came for a wedding and i really enjoyed my stay… i will be back to stay. Love the pac man machine!!!!

This apartment was in an extremely unsafe neighborhood!The 2nd means of exit from the apartment was locked from the INSIDE. Host did NOT provide the code to the backdoor! Back yard was OFF LIMITS, per host.Because, there were 5 dogs in rusty old crates, INSIDE a shed in the back yard. No a/c, no food, no water for the dogs. Host "claimed" I ripped her bedroom screen and tried to charge me a damage fee. NOT TRUE!
