Peaceful Beach House

This simple, clean, 2 bedroom home has everything you need to enjoy a vacation by the beach. It is a lovely quiet neighborhood, just a 10min walk directly down our street to the beach. If you really want to feel like you live in San Diego's best neighborhood, this is the place. It is a real home (not a condo or apartment), with a lush garden in front and private fenced back yard. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is no extra pet fee. Reserved covered parking spot in the driveway. Fresh oranges off the tree in the back yard. Newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. Split unit AC/Heater. 4 Beach Cruiser bikes for your use. And our signature welcome margarita fixings, chips and salsa are waiting for you on arrival.

Location was excellent. Parking right in front of home is a big plus. Home was very comfortable. Location provides easy access to beach reastaurants and shopping. Nice back yard with patio and grill.

Great yard for bringing furry babies on your vacation. Walking distance to an excellent beach, especially for people who love body surfing and boogie boarding. Overall excellent experience with very attentive hosts who do a great job with the little extras like chips and salsa and margaritas to start the stay!

Exactly as listed but better than expected. Favorite place we have ever stayed. We will be back. Hosts went above and beyond and were amazing! We will be back to this place again. The location is perfect and very centrally located to other areas. The beach is walking distances and less touristy than other beaches. You could park your car and never get in it again for your entire stay. Very very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard retreat is relaxing and great for the quiet morning. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Love love this place. And it was cheaper than hotels on the beach. Don’t pass this one up. It’s perfect!!

Girls getting out of the desert on Doggy Vacation

Pet friendly and had everything we needed. Wonderful hosts and gave us directions to Pacific Beach for our pet walk. Boardwalk was great and Cass street has great coffee cafe.

Excellent home in great location

Communication was easy. Check in/out was a breeze. Welcome margs, chips, and salsa!!Location in North PB was great for walking to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy drive to most of what San diego has to offer.

Fantastic Location

This was such a great home to stay in. Two blocks from the beach with a small backyard and huge kitchen! Just be aware that the house is chilly in the winter but otherwise a perfect spot and the host was very communicative and kind!

Thank you for your good feedback. I'll be sure to include instructions for the Split Unit Heating and AC unit in the living room. That warms the house right up. But could have been mistaken as being only for cooling. So sincere apologies that the home was chilly.

We had such a great time & would love to stay here again.

Convenient location in a beautiful peaceful & quiet neighborhood. The beach is just down the street & there are nice restaurants & cafes within walking distance. We stayed the week with our black Labrador Retriever & having a yard for him was so nice. This home is beautiful clean & a very comfortable & safe location.

Alisa was an excellent host! She provided everything we needed like extra washcloths, coffee grinder, beach necessities, even going so far to buy a pan I needed for my birthday cake! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. The walking location to the beach and nice neighborhood are perfect! Loved the backyard for our old dog, morning breakfast, and hummingbird watching. Private parking was a huge bonus! House could use a deep cleaning, but it was good enough to suit our needs. Awesome location in PB! Quiet area not terribly overcrowded.Coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores all within a 5 minute drive or less from the house. Some well within walking distance. Was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Alisa was an awesome host! She quickly responded to the messages I sent her just prior to and during our stay. I certainly recommend staying here

We arrived to much needed chips and salsa and margarita fixings The place was clean and parking in driveway was a plus. The large cable tv and furniture was so good to relax with. The beds were VERY comfortable. Highly recommend!!! Communication with owner was very good. We had a great stay.

Cottage had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking including spices, cleaning supplies, and initial supply of paper products, etc. Great neighborhood for walking to dining, beach and shopping. Good communication with attentive host. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Great spot in PB! Beach is walkable, as are several very good restaurants. House is perfect for family of 4 (young kiddos who don’t mind sharing a room) + pup. Well stocked with beach gear, though be sure to ask the owners for extra fans, they’re needed due to the humidity.

Great mature little place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. There is no AC so the oscillating and ceiling fans helped out. Alisa was very welcoming, kind, and communicated very well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having my morning coffee on back patio and listening to all the hummingbirds. Too bad we didn't stay long enough to ride the bicycles provided! Great location and appreciated having a designated parking spot. Would have given 5 stars except the beds were a little uncomfortable for us.

Absolutely Loved Peaceful Beach House

Peaceful Beach house was lovely. Everything you need for a stay away from home. Just a couple blocks from the beach that is not crowded at all! Everything was provided for us and the owner was easily available if I had questions. Cutest backyard and amazing flowers and greenery surrounding you front and back. The private parking was so important to me! I would’ve given 5 stars but one of the beds was very uncomfortable much too soft for my old back lol. But other then that I was very happy.
