Amazing remodeled Beach Bungalow with brand new air conditioning!! Only 40 steps from the beach, enjoy the third-story rooftop patio with 360 view including Pacific Beach, La Jolla and the bay. Take it all in as you cook on your outdoor gas barbecue.
Steps away from beautiful Mission Beach and close to the bay. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen-sized beds. New sectional couch with pull out sleeper. New stainless steel appliances. Large new 55" 4K TV in living room, TV's in each bedroom. Washer dryer in unit. New high end stone counter top through out. Free wireless high speed internet. There is designated parking in the garage directly next to the unit. DOGS ARE PERMITTED w/ Owner approval (a pet fee is charged). Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups wine glasses, etc... well stocked. Best location because we are one house from boardwalk so you get the views without the massive number of people walking in front of your home. Steps away from the bayside. Stroll down to Belmont Park, Mission Beach's amusement park full of Fun and activities for all. Also very close to restaurants, bars, shops and the Crystal Pier. Best value in San Diego's beautiful Mission / Pacific Beach.

Loved the location of this property! Close to so many great restaurants and very close to the ocean! The rooftop patio was great! We did not use the washing machine or cook in the kitchen so I can’t comment on the use of those items.

This place is just steps to the beach!! Great location and cute little place with a fun roof too with a grill and table all set up!! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need within steps from the beach. Fast response times from the property manager/owner. A TV went out during our stay and was replaced same day. Our family would stay here again.

Discrepancies

We found that the location was great, but the property needs some repairs. There were light bulbs burnt out, many of the outlets in the kitchen area didn't work, batteries in some of the remotes for the lighting needed to be replaced and you probably shouldn't use the washer.

Perfect beach house

This was the perfect beach house for our one week vacation. 40 steps to the beach, quiet area and less than a mile to Belmont Park. Walk to shops and restaurants. Clean house, Comfortables beds, Direct TV, rooftop grill and great AC. 10/10.

Amazing weekend trip

My daughters (12 and 10) and I spent Mother’s Day weekend here. We had the best time! The location is amazing - we didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one. Check in and out were so easy and the house had everything we needed, including boogie boards in the garage. Steps from the beach, restaurants and shops, and short walk to Belmont Park. We did take a trip to La Jolla with a local friend and did the kayak cave tour - also recommend!

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was perfect. We were able to use the grill on the rooftop one night which was so great to have that private space. It was also a nice surprise to find some beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage to use. There were a few things that are needing repairs, but I wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay here again.

The house definitely needs some love, a couple updates, and a good deep clean. However nothing “ruined” our stay and we had a wonderful time in San Diego with an awesome location. The property host was great to work with.

Mission Beach Condo

The location was greagt. The garage door opener did not work when we arrived and did not get fixed until the next day. There was no table or chairs in kitchen. We founda a card table and chairs in the garage and we had to use. The coffee pot did not work but owner did offer to bring over another one. Beds were comfortable but hthere were no dressers in front bedroom.

Mission beach

Location is great. The neighborhood is great. Calm with some eateries and bars near. The pacific beach is literally steps away and the bay side is 2 tiny blocks away. A few blocks away to the north and to the south it gets busier and there arre more people, commercial areas with more restaurants, stores and bars

Nice Mission Beach pad

After a small initial hiccup which was resolved by our host promptly we had a wonderful time in Mission Beach and loved our house with its great rooftop terrace. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and Mission Bay as well. All we needed was within walking distance including a wonderful bike rental place. Thank you Fausto for hosting!

Pleasant place and amazing location!

We stayed at the place for 5 nights and we found it perfect for our stay. The place is nice, clean, functional. The best part is definitely the location. It is literally a few steps away from the beach, walking distance from Belmont Park, but not too close, which means it is still relatively calm. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. I recommend it.
