Looking for a week or a weekend getaway, this 3-bedroom comfy cabin is located between Summersville and Fayetteville, WV. The owners, husband and wife raised in WV, worked for 4 years (mostly weekends) to complete the inside and exterior of the cabin. So, our heart and soul is in this cabin. Lots to do or do nothing at all. Property has a setup for a camper (up to 30 feet) hookup with electric and water that can be used with cabin rental and additional cost. Located 1 mile from Meadow River Trail. This newly Amish built cabin features 3 queen beds, perfect for a terrific getaway with friends or family. The master bedroom and master bath are located on the first floor along with another full bath. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a 1/2 bath. Enjoy the nice amenities like AC/Heat, washing machine/dryer, Wi-Fi, video games, darts, gas heaters, hot tub, fire pit with outdoor lights, hammocks, metal roof to enjoy the sound of rain, and view the beautiful stars at night. It also has tetherball. With 3 bathrooms with 2 of the bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, your comfort is guaranteed. Make your one for the books with a stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Heating/Cooling Units – In winter, place thermostat to 66. In summer, place thermostat to 72. If propane heaters are on, turn dial to “1”. Turn off heaters or air conditioners in upstairs bedrooms.
Remove used sheets and pillowcases and place them on the washroom floor. Do not remove pillow shams or comforters.
Lock all windows and doors. Remove trash & put it in the bin or trash cans on the porch. The front door needs to be locked by clicking the “deadbolt” icon.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter is responsible for clearing snow and ice from porch stairs and driveway. A snow shove and ice melt are provided
Fire pit: • Limited wood provided • Obey WV fire laws • Don't have fires if winds are higher than 3 mph • Don't burn paper • Don't leave unattended
Hot Tub: Extra charges might apply if rules are not followed or if the water becomes overly dirty or contaminated (e.g., from oils, food, or misuse).

Great little cabin

My wife and I stayed for two night and really enjoyed ourselves! The directions to the cabin were clear, and we had no trouble getting in. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was great at the end of a long day exploring!

Such a wonderful cabin in the outdoors! Our family loved the tetherball game, arcade games, cornhole, and beautiful firepit outside. The house was stocked with kitchen appliances that made cooking a breeze. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time.

Absolutely stunning location and cabin. The attention to detail to making this cabin ideal for guests is incredible. The labeling of things to make finding things easy; the little add ons to making it a fun place to stay, all in all it made this last trip one of the best trips I’ve been on. There was so much to do at the cabin alone. We hope to come back in the summer to see what its like during that time of year. 10/10 highly recommend this place. Also the host Trish was fantastic at communicating!

We had an awesome time at the cabin and exploring the surrounding area. The cabin was in a great, quiet, secluded location with easy access to New River Gorge National Park. The cabin was very clean and had everything our family of 4 needed. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch each morning, reading on the upper deck, and soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. We even saw a fawn by the fire pit. The hosts were responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is perfect for a family. We stayed for a week, when we pulled in we loved it. The owners added so much charm and love to this cabin. The area is quiet with plenty of space indoors and outdoors to relax. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. There are many places to visit. There is no shortage on bikes and the beauty of the area.We will definitely be back for another visit.
