This newly remodeled farmhouse is cozy and private. Beautiful sunroom porch, private back yard, gas BBQ grill and games make this a great spot for families. Upstairs: 2 king bedrooms, & 1 twin bedroom. Downstairs: 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 queen sofa bed & 2 full bathrooms. A nice office for remote work, fully functioning kitchen, and a laundry room on-site. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, quiet county walks and a fire pit to use for an evening fire. 4 miles North of North Manchester Indiana. Enjoy looking out the kitchen window to the pasture with cows on this farm.

We loved the farmhouse. It was roomy and comfortable. My baby sister is obsessed with 3617.(the cow).Very quiet and peaceful. Would definately come back for a peaceful getaway.

Relaxing week in the country!

We enjoyed staying at this property and seeing family and friends! The house was exactly as described and pictured. Leesa was very responsive. Before our stay, she let us know that there was a pack and play and high chair for our baby. So thoughtful! The week was mostly cool and rainy, but we enjoyed seeing the cows and having a slow week in the country! Thanks Leesa!

What makes this property unique

Our farmhouse is spacious, private and serene. Surrounded by farmland and a pasture of cows, the sunroom has beautiful views. Amazing sunrises and sunsets are the perfect beginning and end to your day. There are plenty of activities for children, from an outdoor fire pit for wiener roasts, a basketball goal outside, outdoor yard games, an air hockey machine and ping pong table in the games and plenty of books, board games and card games for family fun. High speed internet and Roku TV are provided, a coffee bar and full kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and utensils for cooking. A gas grill is also provided. 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space to relax.
