ALL late check-out's will be charged! $50 per 30 minutes (1/2 hour) you are late to check-out.

We ARE pet friendly BUT guests bringing pets MUST pay the pet fee associated with it ($150). The pet fee will be automatically charged IF you select you are bringing a pet during the booking process. If you don't and we find out you brought a pet with you, we will charge you the pet fee of $150.00.

For the safety of our guests and property, there is an exterior security camera facing the front driveway and parking lot across the street. There are absolutely no interior cameras anywhere on the property.

Another great stay for my family of 6. It is the perfect place to relax and have fun on the river. The host was great with responding quickly to any questions I had. During our stay we went over to the campground to swim and spent an evening at Knoebels. We will be looking to stay here again next summer!

Absolute gem!! Perfect place to explore and unwind. The house is beautiful, the deck is fantastic, and the yard/views are stunning. This was the perfect relaxation getaway. The listing description is accurate and you can tell the host has put thought into creating an inviting and relaxing environment. The only thing better than the hot tub with river view was this home's proximity to amazing breweries, wineries, downtown areas, and Shikellamy State Park. We will be back!!

What a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the river and lots of comfortable seating throughout the house. They had everything you could need and we were able to enjoy kayaking in the calm river, nights by the fire, grilling on the deck and enjoying the hot tub. Girlfriend getaway

The property location was right on the river and very peaceful. The home was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for our party of four and a pet. The owner had to help us investigate an issue with a pet fee, they were respectful and responsive as we resolved it. Would recommend this place to rent, close to Susquehanna University and Spyglass winery for those with students nearby and love more comfort.
