lol, we have a cleaning service and they really cheap out on leaving toilet paper out, we have 200 rolls in the owners locker, since then we have ordered them to be generous.

We had DirectTV but it was a rip off, since everything is streaming now, I have placed Apple TVs in all televisions for people to watch whatever they like.

For clarity for future guests, our listing includes clear, current photos and an accurate description of the condo’s layout and size. As is common with mountain condos, the “sleeps up to 11” reflects bed capacity; the living/dining area and kitchen are more compact, and larger groups may feel more comfortable coordinating shared spaces. Regarding hot water, while we do have two showers, the water heater—like many in mountain properties—can require recovery time when several showers are taken back-to-back. Spacing showers or keeping them shorter typically avoids wait times. We take cleanliness and the quality/condition of furnishings very seriously and work hard to maintain the condo at a high standard. We appreciate the layout suggestions and will consider them as we plan future updates.

Well, you didn’t read the explicit instructions on how to use the hybrid water heater, when there is 12 people in small condo, you have to be aware of taking too long of a shower, again clearly stated in the explicit instructions.

VRBO and Airbnb schedules didn’t sync properly, causing a double booking, I offered Mr. Lawrence to pay for his stay at the angel fire resort which would have cost me double the amount he paid, he refused and requested a refund. His wish was granted, VRBO relocated him that same night at no cost to him. We did the best option, he choose the wrong one.
