Perfect trip

I use VRBO frequently when traveling and I was a bit apprehensive about booking this new listing since there were no previous reviews. But I am so glad I did. We had a wonderful stay the house was clean and beautifully decorated. Ashley goes above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. We will be booking again next time we are in the area!

Outstanding!!

If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!
