Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash cans are on the left side of the house, please make sure remove all the trash & place in trash cans outside, we also recycle, if like you can separate and use the green trash can to recycle.
Please set the AC/Heater to 77°F before you leave. and make sure the front door is securely closed and lock
Gather ONLY the towels and place them in laundry room in white baskets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
* No Parties or Social Events: Parties, social events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
* Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the booking are allowed. No additional visitors or extra guests are permitted.
* Commercial photography and filming are not allowed unless coordinated in advance. An additional service charge will apply if approved.

This place was amazing, we came to visit my daughter and found this beautiful house to stay and couldn’t find a better place.Kiana was extremely helpful and best hostess ever.I don’t think I’ll be staying anywhere else but here on any future visits to my daughter here in Houston.

Our host was extremely warm and welcoming and took so much time explaining everything to us. Our questions were answered immediately. Excellent communication. The house was lovely, our only negative feedback is that we didn’t stay the full length of our booking because the house is on the corner of a noisy and busy road and we couldn’t sleep because of the traffic.

Family Vacation

Overall the house was great. It was easy to communicate with the host and property manager during our stay. Multiple kids ranging from a baby to a teenager plus 4 adults and we all fit great. Would recommed and worth the money. Very centralized and close to HEB and plenty of restaraunts.

Beautiful home in excellent location

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving. Location is great - everywhere we went was within a 15 minute drive. Nice neighborhood for walks with coffee shop very close by. House layout was perfect for Thanksgiving meal and also for just hanging out together with the kitchen open to breakfast, dining room and family room. Large kitchen has plenty of nice plates and silverware for a big group as well as lots of pots and pans for cooking. Huge upstairs master suite with comfortable bed. Downstairs bedrooms were also nice. We had one minor issue and Kiani responded promptly and graciously.
