Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Completely remodeled from floor to ceiling in every room! One mile from Safeway grocery store and 1.5 miles to downtown. So much to do and see in Leadville. Many new restaurants and shops in town. Hiking and national forest surrounds this beautiful area. Only 10 minutes to ski Cooper. You have 7 ski resorts within one hour and Aspen is only 1.5 hours away.
The space
Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms completely remodeled with comfort and style in mind. Modern kitchen with an induction oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and baking. Great location - close to town and restaurants. Within an hour of 7 ski resorts, hiking, biking, and close to a new National Monument.

Upstairs is fully remodeled. Downstairs is an unfinished basement - our next project.

New induction oven works differently than gas or electric. Please read instructions - it lights up on the stove top surface.

We love to ski, hike, yoga, bike and travel. We love healthy, fresh, local food and wine. I have a Christmas decorating business and Tommy has a painting business. Our son and daughter graduated from CU Boulder. He lives in Colombia SA and she lives in Portugal. We love to travel and make new friends from around the world.
