Good location close to beach and downtown. Lots of stairs in condo and up to the pool. Pretty clean inside. The top deck is private so nice for grilling. Washer broke so took 2 weeks to get a new washer dryer. Dean the property manager was fantastic, we had to contact him a few times for problems. Beds are nice, towels, kitchen fully equipped. Love Coco everyone is so friendly!
