Ground Floor: The ground floor is all about daytime comfort, featuring an impressive stone staircase, a kitchen and dining area with local stone flooring, and a spacious living room with oak parquet. A cosy winter garden and a guest WC complete this level.
First Floor: Three en-suite bedrooms await, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom opens to a large terrace with breathtaking views of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, Elafiti Islands, and Mljet. The “South Room” has a balcony with stunning views, while the “North Room” offers spacious comfort.
Attic Level: Two large bedrooms share a bathroom, each with windows framing the Old Town.
Outdoor Area: Relax by the heated pool, 7m x 3.5m, available year-round.
Like other houses in this historic part of Dubrovnik, it does not have direct car access. Guests are dropped off at the "Fire Station" crossroads and reach the garden area after a short climb of 98 steps (about 25 meters above sea level). Our staff will assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
During their stay, guests will have the assistance of a dedicated housekeeper.
