Absolutely amazing stay in Miami! The location was perfect, super central and close to everything we needed. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we hoped for. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami! Highly recommend!

The host seemed welcoming. There was a sternly for thorough communication. The only feedback to provide would be the guidelines and expectations of what upkeep is wanted from guests during check-in correspondence as well as information on parking.

About the host

Hosted by Sunshine Rentals

Host profile image
Hi, we’re Sunshine Rentals Miami, a local hosting team right here in Downtown Miami. We take care of a small collection of apartments in the heart of the city, which lets us keep standards high and treat every stay personally.

What we love about hosting is the moment guests realize how much of Miami is right outside their door. We’re happy to share our favorite spots, whether that’s a quiet coffee in the morning, the best Cuban sandwich nearby, or where to catch the sunset over the bay.

Check-in is fully contactless with a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Our team is available by phone and message during your stay and usually replies within minutes. If anything isn’t right, tell us and we’ll fix it fast.

Why they chose this property

We chose Downtown Miami because it puts you in the center of everything without needing a car. Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, and Kaseya Center are all within walking distance, so concerts, Heat games, and waterfront dinners are just a short stroll away.

The free Metromover stops nearby and takes you to Brickell’s restaurants and nightlife in minutes, and the Brightline station is close by for day trips to Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach. Wynwood’s murals, the Design District, and Miami Beach are a short ride away, and PortMiami is minutes by car if you’re heading out on a cruise.

Our favorite part is the mix: business by day, buzzing at night, with Biscayne Bay always close. It’s an easy neighborhood to explore and an even easier one to come home to.

What makes this property unique

Unit 2312 sits on the 23rd floor, high above the downtown streets, so you get a quiet retreat after a full day in the city. The building offers hotel-style convenience with the space and privacy of your own apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished with a modern, compact design that makes smart use of every square foot. You’ll find fresh linens and towels, fast WiFi for remote work, and the essentials for cooking a simple meal or brewing your morning coffee.

Every stay is professionally cleaned and inspected, and because we’re local, help is never far away. Smart lock check-in, a central location, and a responsive host team make 2312 a reliable base whether you’re in town for a weekend, a conference, or a cruise.
