Powder Chaser's Dream Apartment
This beautiful and modern and fully independent studio apartment grants excellent access to both Little Cottonwood Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon. If you are chasing powder, this is the place for you!
When you aren't hitting the slopes, you'll be able to relax in our peaceful home.
Located in a quiet area of Sandy, you'll be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the central Wasatch from your window while being conveniently located next to major roads and shopping facilities.
The space
Living Area & Kitchen:
The Living room in this home is conjoined with the bedroom, you will be delighted to find a comfortable couch, along with a flat screen TV enabled with all of your favorite streaming platforms.
The kitchen is a small almost half breed kitchen/kitchenette. The only thing you will find missing from a traditional kitchen is an oven, but we have provided a toaster oven as well.
Bedrooms:
With a nice, comfy, queen bed, you're sure to get a great nights rest!
Also included, is a very comfy pull out sofa bed. Easy and fast to set up. Double size, it can accommodate another person for separate sleeping situations.
Bathroom(s) & Laundry:
This gorgeous, modern bathroom features a large walk in shower.
Laundry is found in the hallway.
