With an ideal living room to sit and chat with friends in front of a cozy ambiance fireplace while enjoying a glass of local wine, you'll find the full kitchen ideal for entertaining! Just a short 10 min walk to Main street! Our professional cleaning staff uses EPA approved cleaning products before each stay. Reserve now for your future visit to the 'Burg!

Fabulous farmhouse modern with a prefect location plus a private hot tub that welcomes a group of 6. Managed by Heavenly Hosts
- Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom: 2 sets of trundles (4 single beds) - total of 6 beds
- Portable fans in each bedroom
- Full kitchen with Keurig and dishwasher
- 1 TV in the living room with Roku
- Washer/Dryer available, located in the back hallway
- Gas outdoor fireplace
- Ambiance indoor fireplace
BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!
