Private sandy beach on the bay as well as private ocean/beach access right across the road. 4 bedrooms 3 baths plus a den with futons for extra sleeping space. Comfortably sleeps 8-12. All bathrooms are newly renovated. Full kitchen with 2 dishwashers; Weber grill. Wraparound decks all around the house; great for watching tennis players from the front deck and the spectacular sunsets over the bay from the back deck. Washer/dryer, 3 TVs. Also have 2 kayaks (a double and a single) and 2 stand up paddle boards; lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc!

We're an active family with grown kids and grandkids on the way!. We enjoy boating, water sports, tennis, grilling and eating outdoors, and having friends over.
Why they chose this property
We have enjoyed WHB for many years and about 10 years ago took the plunge and bought a place of our own. We are avid tennis players and use the court all the time; we (that is my husband!) is a boater and loves wakeboarding - so we love that we have our own dock to keep our boat ( Sorry, Boat is not for guest use!). We walk across Dune Rd to the ocean everyday to enjoy the beautiful peaceful beach. We adore all the wildlife all around us and We love having friends and family over. We recently did a big renovation and created a wonderful open layout. I never thought our views of the bay could be any better but now they are even more incredible. I honestly have to pinch myself to believe this is really our home. We are truly blessed. While we use the house ourselves for the majority of the summer we are willing to share it with other for one or two weeks of the summer.
