Families will appreciate the abundance of seating available in various outdoor nooks, including teak chaise lounges, inviting wicker sofas and chairs, as well as a spacious teak dining table with seating for 8. Kids will have a blast with the provided pool floats, making it an ideal spot for family fun. After a refreshing swim (in the pool or at the beach), rinse off in the outdoor shower. And don't forget the Weber grill for outdoor cooking adventures.

Inside, you'll find a beautiful kitchen designed for entertaining family and perfect for culinary enthusiasts. It is equipped with exquisite finishes and top-of-the-line appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf stove. But it’s also great for enjoying take-out from one of the great, locally-owned restaurants. There is also a stunning, long, distressed wood dining table that seats 8, offering a charming space for family meals. Additionally, a spacious kitchen island with three stools provides a great spot for prep work and casual dining while overlooking the backyard and pool.

Off the kitchen, you'll discover a formal living room, an inviting setting for pre- or post-dinner relaxation and conversation.
