Island Splash is a 5-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home on the secluded North Captiva Island, offering an idyllic getaway for up to 12 guests. Accessible only by ferry or private boat, this paradise is reminiscent of Old Florida`s charm and tranquility. The home features a private heated pool, a game room with air hockey and ping pong, and a gourmet kitchen with an additional pool-level kitchen and extra refrigerator.



The home is designed for comfort across three levels:



Bottom Level: Heated pool, screened porch, game room, queen and twin bedrooms, full bath, and laundry facilities.



First Floor: Gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, two queen bedrooms, full bath, and two screened porches.



Second Floor: Master suite with king bed, en-suite bath, and private balcony.



Guests enjoy exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor areas, including one golf cart for exploring the island (second available for a fee). Enjoy resort amenities such as pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, kayaks, bikes, and beach chairs.
