“We had a great time in Captiva Island. It's the perfect place to get away for a relaxing, secluded, car-free vacation. Federico's cottage is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and had all of the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy the trip. Federico was helpful and responsive when I had any questions. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to disconnect and enjoy pristine beaches with lots wildlife and natural beauty. ”

Coral Cottage was a perfect fit for us. It has everything you need to make meals and lots of areas to relax. It was really clean and nicely decorated.

Anniversary trip

The wife and I had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable. It was less than a minute ride on the golf cart to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Home

We had a fabulous trip to North Captiva! The house was everything we were looking for with a family of four as it had two bedrooms, a master suite upstairs, 6 person golf cart, and a hot tub! The drive to the beach was just a couple minutes! Super location as well as amazing home.

Awesone North Captiva

FEDERICO was awesome, on the island, ready to respond to your every need. House is one block off the ocean.Fullt equipped, geat beds, superb A/C, new appliaces to include washer and dryer. , electric charbroil was great for , golfcart was awesome, best beaches on the Gulf.

Great!

We had a great time! Close to the beach…although no where is really too far! Golf cart size (6) was great! Coral Cottage was perfect and comfortable for our family and had we had everything we needed. The only upgrade that would be nice would be a different grill. The electric grill is like a big George Foreman and food isn’t the same without a flame….but we made it work. Mangos was great. Overall great experience!

Loved Coral Cottage

Great Location right down the road from the beach. 2 Golf Carts, Hot Tub, Fully Stocked Kitchen. House was perfect for our Family.

Great location and we had the best time. Clean and Owner was very responsive. Our only complaint was that one of the golf carts didn’t work. It was more of an inconvenience, but didn’t keep us from having a great vacation.

Great location on Island

Great experience on North Captiva Island. Make sure to book boating and dinners and ferry services before you get on Island, along with Food/snacks Federico will answer any questions you may have. He took care of us very well!

Island Paradise

The island is beautiful and rustic. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the golf carts, beaches and pools. NCIC personnel were very helpful. The phone service and internet is slow and not reliable. It would be nice to have a book at the house that describes how to use the hot tub, TV and internet. Also the amenities on the island. We didn't make restaurant reservation in advance and the island's nicer restaurants were boked the whole week. We had a good time but it could have been easier if we had written instructions as it was hard to get adequate internet service to what was available on the island.

Amazing!!

We had an amazing stay at Federico’s place in North Captiva Island. The process of getting there can be kind of confusing but Federico was available to answer all questions to make it easier. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. we cannot wait to come back!
