It's all about Santa Fe in this 2 bedroom condo. Red leather couch, plus a leather easy chair, and lots of throw pillows. The original wooden table and 4 dining chairs for casual dining. plus an extra chair at the desk. The coffee table is original also. Perfect for resting your tired feet at the end of a site seeing day.
Just a couple of blocks to De Vargas Mall. It has grown over the years from a few stores to some of the best stores in Santa Fe. Ross, Starbucks, Market Street (Albertsons), 2 restaurants, excellent shoe shop, bowling alley, and so much more
The Plaza is under 2 miles away. A nice walk with many shops along the route. Just 16 miles to the Santa Fe Ski area and a quick 6 miles to the Santa Fe Opera.
A remodeled kitchen with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable.
I like to cook so you'll find pots, pans, bowls, spices, measuring cups/spoons, etc.

I will be in Santa Fe in April and I will check the lighting situation in the bedrooms. Thank you for letting me know there is a problem. There are lamps in both rooms, plus individual lights for the beds. Rarely, but it can happen that they disappear or hopefully it is just that the wrong bulbs have been installed.

I'll be in SF in April/May so there will items that might be tossed and replaced. I did, finally, replace the range. It was the original - it didn't even have a window to see what I'm burning. Very well furnished and clean property. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with many condiments and coffee included. Great view from balcony. Only drawback is it sits close to St. Francis Ave which has heavy traffic.

So true St. Francis is busy and depending on the time of day/night it can be noisy. However, it is also the reason the location is so perfect. It offers a quick and easy access to any place to want to go. I give all the credit to my housekeeper for the cleaniness of the condo. Wonderful place!

So true. The thing visitors seem to enjoy the most is the location. For me, it is the view. However, it is very convenient for traveling to other areas of New Mexico and for daily needs, ie; grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants.

I purchased 304 when the owner informed me he was going to sell. I'd been visiting Santa Fe for about 3 years and always stayed in 304. It took me seconds to make the decision.
I typically drive to Santa Fe once a year around April/May and spend a month and then in either Sept/Oct or Christmas I'll fly down for a shorter visit. I cannot imagine just visiting once - there is so much to see and do. One of my best times was when I walked from Alameda and St. Francis through neighborhoods and the city taking pictures of Santa Fe 'art'...doors, gates, fences, mailboxes. It's amazing how art permeates every inch of Santa Fe. Don't miss the overpasses and retaining walls on Highway 84/285 going North.
I live in Boise, Id, most of the time, and moved in 1970 from St. Louis. It became home the minute I arrived. When I'm asked 'where did you grow up' my standard reply is 'I grew up in Boise and moved here when I was 30'. It's so true! Santa Fe and Boise are oddly similar in weather and convenience. Boise also has a ski area 16 miles away and great outdoor activities. Put Boise on your list of places to visit.

Why they chose this property

My Santa Fe condo is home, it's comfortable and it's convenient! DeVargas Center is just across the highway and has everything you need! Frank Ortiz dog park just up the street. I've spent more time walking around that park without a dog. The world famous Santa Fe Opera and Tesuque are north about 6/7 miles.
I've made 304 home and hope you'll feel the same. If there is something more that you think it needs just let me know.

What makes this property unique

My favorite thing about 304 is the balcony and the mountain view. I have seen more rainbows from my balcony in Santa Fe then from any other place I've been in all of my life. The cloud formations that pass over are truly amazing. Oddly, I like the original wood furniture (dining table, coffee table). They are certainly not fancy but sturdy and indestructible.. I'm comfortable putting my feet on the coffee table. I've taken the old dining room chairs and put them on the balcony for extra seating.
