The property itself is comfortable and quiet, away from the busier urban areas, but is still no more than 10 minutes from any of the attractions we went to. Very thoughtful owners as well, providing all the amenities, from lotion and soap to cooking utensils to stationary at the desk. They also provided recommended restaurants and local information. All-around a great place to stay!
Great house, excellent communication from owner. Outdoor space is beautiful. Pictures overall do not do it justice as some others have said. Perfect location.
Our group of 4 friends found the home spacious and comfortable. Close drive to museums and downtown. The porch and backyard are wonderful spaces. Would stay again.

Wonderful adobe home convention to all locations….airport, plaza, museums, golf courses. Owner’s attention to details and artistic flair is noticeable throughout. Highly recommend this lovely home.
The description on this property says it all, we had a great stay in Santa Fe. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the property owners were awesome with suggestions on what/where to go.
House was big and roomy for five adults. Very clean and comfortable. The location is great and not far from anything in town. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. 10/10!!
Roxanne provides a clean, spacious and very well equipped home. Close to major streets, so a convenient place to stay. We have stayed here multiple times and will return. Thanks
This is our first VRBO stay and what a great experience for our first time! The property manager connected before our stay to give us helpful information. Beds were comfortable and spacious.
The place had an old comfy cottage feel to it. Amenities were just what we needed for our stay.
The house was a great place to stay! It is a lot bigger than we thought. Roxanne has provided everything and more! It is a beautiful home. We had a couple of friends drive up from Albuquerque, and we had a wonderful visit under the gazebo.
Our family of four loved this home! It was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee. It was a short drive to the downtown Plaza area. Roxanne was great to answer my questions and make recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful home and courtyard in prime Santa Fe location
The home was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had ample parking. The outdoor space was lovely with screened porch, beautiful roses in the courtyard, and lots of seating to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Good location for visiting the museums and plaza. I would definitely rent again.
This home is spacious, clean, and just a few minutes' drive to downtown Santa Fe. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I recommend this home to anyone visiting the Santa Fe area.
This house is wonderful - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect for 3 ladies that have known each other since kindergarten. The backyard is an oasis. The kitchen is well stocked. And above all, the host is very reachable and communicative, warm and friendly. We definitely will stay here again the next time we go to Santa Fe.

Why they chose this property
It was my mother's home after she retired. She wanted to be near all the art and culture offerings of Santa Fe.
What makes this property unique
My mom loved this home because it was the perfect combination of being near activites such as museums, restaurants, churches, Santa Fe Plaza, shopping and the hospitals but also located in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard that became a canvas to her love of gardening.
