Cozy condo right at the base of Keystone

Great place for the price! Four of us stayed for a weekend of skiing. Busses available to the base area and short drives to any restaurants in the area.

We had a great time visiting, our first to Keystone and our third time to the area. Our time here was perfect as it included everything we needed, the neighboring units were mostly empty as it's off season and it made a very pleasant retreat during the summer. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and both were great. The onsite staff work very hard to keep things clean and working well, even in the summer months.

Ski at Keystone

This property is located in the Soda Springs complex and is steps away from the yellow route shuttle stop, five minutes to Mountain House base area. There are two parking lots, one in front and one in back of the complex. One word of caution - the buildings themselves are up on a hill, so loading and unloading require use of stairs from the parking lots. Our unit was a one bedroom townhouse that felt spacious and comfortable for the two of us for a two week stay. Friend stayed for a few nights on the living room sofa bed and that was fine too. Would stay here again.

Keystone is amazing, but condo has a few issues - one large stove burner does not work, limiting cooking ability - fridge water pump is dying and sounds like a jet engine taking off while slowly dispensing water, advise buy gallons from Grocer- fans were all broken, rental company was good about replacing - very hot upstairs sleeping - windows open to help cool down but backs up to pool with folks typically making noise until midnight Overall location is great, and private - place could be a gem with some repairs and updating.

Stairs before you get to walking path

First off house was clean and nice size for two, kitchen was well stocked and organized. The bad...there is a flight stairs just to get to the walkway, this is very hard when unloading luggage, cooler, groceries, etc. We are in our 60's but in good shape exercise daily, we knew there were stairs inside the condo. But the outside was very tough when carrying stuff. The Second problem the plugs inside the condo were very loose plugs for charging phone, fans, etc didn't want to stay plugged in.

Great location, in desperate need of remodel

SCMR is the management company for this property, and they are great. Very quick to respond to questions. The condo was very clean. The issues which other reviewers have covered is that the property is dated. To add on to the dated theme, every single electric outlet (except 1) in the condo is old and electric plugs fall out. There were many frustrating mornings where my phone or other battery device was not charged. And I also wonder if it's a fire hazard as well. Also, the lighting in some of the rooms is awful CFL giving a depressed look. The kitchen is scant on utensils. The location is great, but they really need to invest some in the condo.

So beautiful and relaxing!

This condo created the perfect atmosphere of relaxation. We were super close to the Keystone ski resort. The condo complex had a nice hot tub and heated pool. Parking was super easy and close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace, the views, comfortable couches and bed, so relaxing. No issues at all, would definitely stay again!

Great Place for family stay.

Great place for a family stay. Very clean and had a great mountain feel to it. Mattress on the pull out not the most comfortable for grown adults (most aren't), but works perfectly for kids.

In need of renovation

Overall, the condo has potential and good bones, but maintenance and refreshening is badly needed. The old appliances, lack of proper silverware, worn mattress, broken blinds and filthy carpeting are very evident. Also, the water heater isn’t sufficient for a family of four and the downstairs shower had no hot water at all.

The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: - The appliances are in good working condition: the Whirlpool refrigerator is 4 years old and the microwave is brand new. - There is more than enough silverware for a unit designed for 4 guests. - The mattress is 3 years old; however, we apologize that this specific mattress did not suit your personal preferences. - As we mentioned before your check-in, there was a missing chord on one of the window shades, which has since been fixed. - The carpet had been checked before your arrival and found to be completely clean. - The water heater is 2 years old and we have never had a complaint regarding hot water. We do all we can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

We loved it!

We enjoyed greatly our stay in Keystone. The condo was perfect- clean, comfortable, cozy, and very well equipped. Easy keyless check in and out. The condo is located in a calm area yet close to the grocery store, Starbuck, convenience store, etc. I am a perfectionist and I need to say that there was nothing that did not please me.

Great Summer Stay

We had a great time at this property! Love the spot of the property that is close by several beautiful drives, hikes, and bike rides. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed except Tupperware to store cooked food. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located!

Easy to book and affordable. Received an email a couple days before check in with all the instructions we needed to occupy the condo. Went straight to the condo and enjoyed our stay. Followed the instructions in the email at checkout time and drove away. Easy! The condo itself was clean and exactly as presented in the pictures. My wife and I had a great master suite upstairs and the kids slept well on the fold out couch downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals at the condo - which we did. The pool and jacuzzi facility is a little dated but we enjoyed them every night - they work great! The condo is situated to provide nice views of the surrounding mountains. Best part of staying here was the convenience of it's location. We were a very short walk from the yellow route shuttle stop - the last stop before heading to the Mountain House lifts. The yellow route will also take you to the Keystone activity center, spa, lake, some restaurants, etc. Those things are only a comfortable walk away from the condo though, so you don't need to use the bus if you like to walk. Taking the yellow route to the mountain House also enables you to hop on the green route over to the River Run Village - the heart of the resort. So in summary, the easy shuttle system let us park upon arrival and never move the truck again until we left! Comfortable and convenient making for an easy, fun-filled, great stay!
