This ranch (one level) duplex is centrally located in a single family neighborhood in the heart of Richmond, Kentucky. No steps from the garage or front door. No carpet, pet friendly with a privacy fenced extra large and flat corner lot. Large primary ensuite with 2 sinks, corner jetted tub, separate walk in shower and a walk in closet. Both bedrooms & living room have ceiling fans. Brand new (Jan. 2022) stainless appliances, washer & dryer in the unit, 1 car garage plus parking for 2 more cars. You have access to the whole unit including the garage door remote to borrow for your stay. Roku TVs in bedrooms and living room. There is high speed internet but no cable TV.

Overall a great stay!

We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town.

Very nice duplex.

Clean, modern inside. We used the garage. Host/property manager fairly difficult to communicate with. Otherwise all good!

House was clean. No ironing board or iron, had to buy our own. Booked specifically for two full baths but second bath shower head was not even plumbed to the waterline and the tub stopper was broken so the tub was useless. To bathe, three people had to share one bathroom. Not enough bath or kitchen rags, had to buy our own along with more kitchen trash bags. I get that you have to buy a few things but this was ridiculous.

I am a local Realtor and this building was my first 'house' (I use quotes because technically its a duplex but I lived in this unit myself until I met my husband).

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is perfectly central to anything you could need in Richmond. Richmond isn't really a walkable city just yet but driving wise you can be to anywhere around the bypass or two I-75 exits in less than 15 minutes!

What makes this property unique

The privacy fenced back yard is SO nice if you have dogs. You can just let them out and let them run and play and potty without you standing there watching or walking them on a leash. We still ask you clean up after the poops before you exit your stay!
